Our sensory responses can be completely different from the person next to us. When one or more of our senses becomes overstimulated we can experience sensitivity, distraction, irritation and anxiety. This effect can interrupt even the simplest daily activities bringing us moments where life feels overwhelming, anxiety provoking and stressful.
If we take a moment to tune in to our unique sensory ways we believe we can use our senses to reclaim a feeling of settlement, find our calm, find our motivation, alter our energy and much more.
