We are a team with an extensive background in delivering mental health care to young people. We are also parents and carers! We know that sometimes our young person, ourselves, or our family need extra mental health help to explore new ways of understanding, adapting, connecting, communicating, recovering, living, loving and building future resilience.
If you are worried about your young person, perhaps they are increasingly anxious, increasingly sad or low in mood. Perhaps they are in the early stages of recovering from trauma or loss, maybe they are having mood swings or they just don’t seem themselves. Perhaps they are feeling unmanageable pressure at school or their transition to a larger secondary school has been persistently upsetting. If you are worried, if your young person is worried, if you are exploring this on your own or together, that is indeed a positive step to deciding what help, advice or guidance you need.

Whether you know what is underlying the situation or not, we are here to listen to your observations, your concerns. We are here to share our knowledge, our experience, we are here to give you as much information as we can to empower you further in deciding what your preferred next steps might be. We have a range of transformation approaches including Single Session Therapy; group programmes; workshops; family, 1:1 or adult and young person regular commitment sessions.
