Welcome to the world of Normal Magic for Professionals.

We are a team of qualified and registered mental health professionals. For over 10 years we have been providing mental health training to professionals across statutory, voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations.

In line with the World Health Organisations Mental Health at Work Policy 2022, we provide evidenced based, affordable, bespoke training to managers, leadership teams and the whole workforce they serve.

Managers, leadership teams and staff teams: our training is designed to develop, or build on the existing, Mental Health in the Workplace Strategy. This suite of training now includes:

• Training designed to demystify mental health; bring an accessible framework to encourage communication and help seeking; explore realistic approaches to mentally healthy living; consider how the workforce and work environment can contribute to prevention and recovery.
• Our new Respect, Resolve and Repair relational approach to challenges with dynamics and relationships within the workforce. TUC state that suicide is at it’s highest when employees are facing discipline and grievance processes. Our Respect, Resolve and Repair philosophy brings the whole workforce a fresh and mature approach to resolving conflict.
